This painting is an extension of History I, which I created in 1997. It features a square canvas and is inspired by a simplified approach to what I saw in an Encyclopedia of History and Art. The piece is characterized by dynamic lines and combines techniques such as acrylic paint and markers. Using simplified geometric line elements and layering, I created something that simultaneously feels both antique and abstract, with a touch of chaos.
